Shipping & Returns
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the product you order and the destination.
We aim to fulfil your order by the approximate delivery date provided or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the order confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so.
If you order our products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Company Director.
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival, and inform us immediately if it fails to meet your satisfaction in any way. Faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt, by sending a clear explanation and photographic evidence of the issue in question. Please email details of the fault and photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping will need to be paid for my the customer.
